I was born in Rome on June 16th 1962, and I switched to Photograpy in 1988, after working for several years in the informatic field.
After a three-year experience as a photographer assistant between Rome and Milan, I started my own studio in Tivoli, near Rome, where i currently live.
My pictures are mainly destined to the advertising and construction field, but i often work for other sectors as well (industrial, still life, aerial pictures, concerts, fashion, theatre, portraits)
In 1992 I became member of TAU Visual (National Association of Professional Photographers).
Among the many teachers that contributed to my photographic education, I want to mention:
Giovanni Gastel, Aldo Fallai, Fabrizio Ferri, Oliviero Toscani, Ferdinando Scianna, Toni Thorimbert, Peter Lindbergh, Jeanloup Sieff,
Helmut Newton, Richard Avedon, Albert Watson, Ellen Von Unwerth, Patrick Demarchelier, Javier Vallhonrat.
Complying with the most varied demands of advertising agencies, publishing houses and private customers,
I ranged widely between portrait, art reproductions, industrial photos, still life, food, aerial photos, concerts, fashion, theater .
Currently, in addition to continuing my professional activities, I teach photography at an Academy and a Free University .
